Our surprise lineup will be from Stanford Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science will share insights from their work in treating chronic illness, depression, eating disorders, and the development of sustainable coping strategies.
Together, we’ll reimagine mental health not just as a crisis to manage, but as a lifelong practice of conscious care.
